Thank you for visiting cutncrop.com. We are a small independent authorized Cricut Dealer. This online store was started after watching my wife make beautiful scrapbooks for our family. Recently, she has enjoyed the Cricut die-cutting machine and has always enjoyed finding cartridges at an affordable price. I saw this as an opportunity to extend affordable pricing and selection to others. We will be building our inventory over time, but if you are interested in a product and it is not listed in our inventory, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with information. We have the capability to obtain any product produced by ProvoCraft.

New retail versions
Every product sold is the new (sealed) full retain version of each product. These are exactly the same products that you find in your local stores. We keep our expenses low and pass the savings on to our customers.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Also you may pay thru your PayPal or Google accounts. We do not see or store you credit card numbers, the numbers are passed directly thru to the credit card processor. Your credit card will show charges from either our parent company “Onfam” or directly from “CutnCrop”
Shipping
Packages are typically shipped next business day after receipt of payment unless you are pre-ordering a product that is not in inventory. Pre-orders ship on day after CutnCrop receives the product from the manufacture. Shipping is typically via USPS or FedEx. Insurance and delivery confirmation is included on all orders at no extra cost.
Return / Exchange Policy
We do accept returns and exchanges. All products must be returned to us in new and unused condition. CutnCrop may charge a 15% or $10.00 restocking fee for any non-defective return. This fee is waived for exchanges (you can choose to exchange your product for any product in our store of equal or greater value). Shipping on returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to return or exchange a product, please e-mail us before returning the product to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns or Exchanges arriving without a RMA will be refused. All returns and exchanges must be received by CutnCrop within 30 days of purchase. We guarantee that your item will arrive as advertised in new condition. If you find any defects with your merchandise, please contact us within 30 days and we will exchange it. In these instances, CutnCrop will cover all reasonable shipping costs.
Each product comes with a warranty from the manufacture. If the product is defective after 30 days of purchase please contact the manufacture to obtain warranty service, if available. We can assist in providing contact information for the manufacturer.
